Satisfaction Policy

Happy Paws selects only products we can stand behind. Every item we sell is fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Customer satisfaction is our goal. See below for the terms applicable to each product line we sell.

Payment Information

All prices listed are is U.S. dollars.  Those products which we are able to ship to Canada are priced in U.S. dollars as well.

Payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please note that all orders paid via PayPal will be sent to verified customers and confirmed addresses only. This is for the protection of the buyer and the seller.

Any refunds will be made by the original form of payment. Sales tax must be collected for orders sent to Texas, at the rate of 8.0 percent, on merchandise and shipping total.


We ship via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS depending on the best method and the products ordered. Our products ship with no additional shipping cost to you. Some of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and are made to order. Please allow sufficient time for your order. Most of our items are custom made for the customer at the time of order, shipping will take the extra time needed to make your individual order.  The expected delivery time is shown on each page for the different items.

We are proud to be able to offer to our US Armed Forces members the ability to ship most products to APO/FPO addresses. Please e-mail us for more information, including extra shipping time and any extra shipping costs that must be incurred. This is our way of saying “thank you” to our servicemen and women stationed across the globe.

Return Policy

Exclusions and Final Sale: All beds, pillows, carriers, mats, couch covers, blankets and car seat covers are non-returnable. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Please select your size and fabric carefully. Due to the custom-made nature of our bedding products, and because of health reasons, we can accept no returns on beds, pillows, carriers, mats, couch covers, blankets and car seat covers. This policy is necessary due to health concerns and dogs’ aversions and tendencies to mark products that have the scent of another animal on them. We want to ensure that all of these products are unused for your pet!

If returns are authorized due to a mistake in fulfilling your order, returns or exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition. Returns or exchanges of items not in unused and sellable condition will be refused and will not be processed. These items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.  Should you not want to have the unsellable item returned to you or if we are unable to collect payment for the return shipment of the item after no less than three attempts to contact you via email and/or phone within a three week period, we reserve the right to dispose of the item or, if possible, donate it to a dog shelter or rescue of our choosing. You will not be credited for these abandoned items.

Damaged or defective items: If an item arrives to you damaged or defective you must contact us within 5 days of receipt. Happy Paws cannot be responsible for damage to an item after it has been used by your dog. We’re sorry, but we are not responsible for items that have been ruined by destructive dogs or puppies. Our products are very durable and well-made, but are not indestructible. Therefore, please choose items that are appropriate for your dog’s age and behavioral habits. If an item is returned as defective, but shows clear signs of damage done by a dog, no refund or replacement will be made.

Return Procedure: Always contact us before returning merchandise for return authorization. Please e-mail us for return instructions. See the above limitations on returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable unless merchandise is defective or if an order was not filled correctly. We also recommend that you insure the items on return as we cannot give credit for items damaged or lost in transit.
