Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
We can only accept returns and exchanges on unused items that are returned in their original condition. This means that the item has not been used or damaged by pets, including pet hair, or any other sign of wear, use, or washing. All returned items must have the manufacturer's tags attached.
For returns, contact us within 5 days of receiving your merchandise. Authorization for a return will be made by email. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges unless merchandise is defective or if an order was not filled correctly. We recommend that you insure the items on return as we can not give credit for items damaged in transit.

Bowsers Pet Products: All Bowsers Pet Products are "made to order" and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. Please measure carefully, and request fabric swatch samples if desired. Bowsers Pet Products are "made to order" products and will incur a 25% restocking fee unless merchandise is defective or shipped in error. This policy is applicable on Bowsers Pet Products that are new, unused condition with tags attached and in the original packing material. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order for return instructions and authorization.
Tiger Dreamz, and PoshPelts products may be returned for exchange, credit or refund if they are in new, unused condition with tags or labels attached. Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee unless merchandise is defective or product shipping error. Used products may not be returned for any reason except manufacturer's defect. Lekven Designs products are custom ordered direct from Denmark and may not be returned. Melia Luxury Pet returns will incur a 25% restocking fee unless merchandise is defective or shipped in error. Personalized orders cannot be returned. Used products may not be returned for any reason except manufacturer's defect.
